Old head of Kinsale

This place is a must see in Ireland, located on the south coast near Cork, very impressive, particularly on windy days :)

As an ancient royal site, it is a place of special historical, archaeological and scientific interest : the Erainn Celtic people, the first Irish settlers, fortified the peninsula by building a fort, the remains of which can still be seen today.

For over a decade now public access to the Old Head of Kinsale has been blocked following the building of a private and ultra-exclusive golf links course on the headland, see the Free the Old Head of Kinsale site for more information…

Bantry bay

The Bantry area is a beautiful place to visit, with great sights and nice shooting spots. If you’re lucky you can see whales or dolphins swimming in the bay - unfortunately, it was not my case…as you can see the weather was bad but i managed to get this nice shot, in spite of the fact that i did not take my tripod on that day !
